当社メディアジャパンは、水産庁の「復興加工輸出促進支援事業」の一環として、24種類の食材を使用したローカル向けメニュー試食会を開催しました。
本イベントでは、シンガポールの飲食・流通業界関係者(バイヤー)を招待し、現地シェフが開発したメニューを通じて日本産水産加工品の魅力を訴求。
当社は、イベント全体の企画・運営・広報を担当しました。
■実施内容・特徴
●現地レストランとのコラボメニュー開発
シンガポールの人気レストランシェフと連携し、24種類の水産加工品を活用したメニューを開発。
日本の調理法にとらわれず、現地の味覚や食文化に合わせたアレンジを重視しました。
●シンガポールバイヤーを招いた試食会
飲食店経営者、ホテル・小売バイヤー、流通関係者を招き、実際に料理を試食していただく形式で実施。
食材の味・品質・価格・供給安定性などについて、直接意見交換を行う機会となりました。
●イベント運営と体験設計
来場者動線の設計、料理提供・プレゼンテーションの進行、会場演出などを一括で統括。
試食を中心に、“五感で味わう日本水産物の魅力”を体験できる空間を演出しました。

●シンガポールの主要バイヤーに日本産水産加工品を直接体験してもらうことで、新たな商談機会を創出

As part of the Fisheries Agency’s “Reconstruction Processed Seafood Export Promotion Project”, Media Japan organized a tasting event featuring 24 types of Japanese processed seafood ingredients in Singapore.
The event invited local buyers and industry professionals from the F&B and distribution sectors to experience the appeal of Japanese seafood products through original dishes developed by Singaporean chefs.
Media Japan was responsible for the overall planning, event management, and publicity of the initiative.
■Event Highlights and Key Features
●Collaborative Menu Development with Local Restaurants
Partnering with renowned restaurant chefs in Singapore, Media Japan facilitated the creation of locally inspired menus utilizing 24 varieties of Japanese processed seafood.
Rather than relying solely on traditional Japanese cooking styles, the dishes were developed to reflect local tastes and culinary culture, offering new ways to enjoy Japanese seafood in an international context.
●Tasting Event for Singapore Buyers
The event welcomed restaurant owners, hotel and retail buyers, and distribution partners, providing them with the opportunity to taste the dishes first-hand.
Through direct dialogue, attendees shared feedback on flavor, quality, pricing, and supply stability, allowing for valuable market insights from the buyer’s perspective.
●Event Operation and Experiential Design
Media Japan managed the entire event flow, including guest movement design, menu presentation, and venue coordination.
The event was designed to immerse participants in a multi-sensory experience, allowing them to taste, see, and feel the appeal of Japanese seafood through a curated culinary journey
