OISHIIスタッフが、2015年2月4日（水）発行の『新潟日報』に掲載されました。

2015年秋号に向け、新潟県・上越市を中心に取材をした際の様子です。
シンガポール人ライターのデニス・リーが、どぶろく入りのチーズケーキについて話を聞いている写真も掲載されています。

その後、取材メンバーはスイーツ店のほか、スキー場といった新潟県の郷土料理店、上杉謙信公ゆかりの観光地などを訪問しました。
2015年秋号では、10ページにわたって新潟県の情報をたっぷりとお届けしています。

On February 5, 2015, the staff of “OISHII” were featured in the February 4 edition of the Niigata Nippo.  

The article covered the editorial team’s reporting trip in preparation for the Niigata feature in the October 2015 issue of “OISHII”.
The coverage included a photo of Singaporean writer Dennis Lee interviewing a cheesecake made with doburoku (unrefined sake).  

The team also visited local sweet shops, ski resorts, traditional Niigata eateries, and historical sites associated with Lord Uesugi Kenshin.
