From July 16 to 18, 2025, the SIGEP & Restaurant Asia 2025 exhibition was held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore — one of Asia’s largest F&B and hospitality trade events.
The exhibition featured 440 exhibitors from 41 countries and attracted over 13,000 visitors from around the world.
At this global platform for the food and beverage industry, Media Japan operated the JAPAN PAVILION, creating a comprehensive framework that seamlessly connected promotion, sales, and logistics — to deliver Japan’s finest food brands to the world.
■Purpose and Key Features
The JAPAN PAVILION brought together a curated selection of premium Japanese products,
providing international buyers and industry professionals with direct access to Japan’s finest offerings.
Unlike conventional exhibition setups, Media Japan went beyond booth coordination — offering end-to-end support that covered business matching, logistics, sales, and marketing.
This structure enabled exhibitors to focus entirely on business discussions and brand presentation, without the burden of booth setup, customs clearance, or local delivery arrangements.
■Media Japan’s Total Support Framework
1. Exhibition Management (Planning, Design, and On-site Operations)
● Designed and managed the overall layout, flow, and visual identity of the JAPAN PAVILION
● Supported each exhibitor’s presentation, product sampling, and tasting experiences
● Oversaw all aspects of visitor flow, audience engagement, and pavilion branding strategy
2. Logistics, Customs, and On-site Delivery Support
● Provided one-stop support covering shipping from Japan, customs procedures in Singapore, and delivery to and from the venue
● Ensured optimal temperature control and storage conditions tailored to each food and beverage product
● Continued post-event support for the storage and local sales of remaining products
3. Post-Exhibition Sales and Marketing Support
● Partnered with local logistics and retail partners to launch online and consignment sales after the exhibition
● Developed a “Beyond the Exhibition” model — extending business opportunities beyond the event itself
● Amplified brand visibility through digital promotion and Media Japan’s owned platforms, including OISHII Magagine and social media
■Results
● Multiple Japanese exhibitors achieved successful negotiations and new business deals with overseas buyers
● Extended post-event sales and distribution support enabled exhibitors to expand both brand awareness and sales channels
● Received strong recognition from both exhibitors and visitors for the high quality of organization, logistics, and on-site support
● Earned a reputation as the only Japanese company capable of providing fully integrated support — from exhibition to sales and marketing
■Future Outlook
Building on the success of SIGEP & Restaurant Asia 2025, Media Japan aims to:
● Expand pavilion management at major exhibitions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam
● Strengthen its integrated support model that unites logistics, marketing, and sales
● Establish a sustainable overseas sales platform for Japanese food and beverage brands
Through these initiatives, Media Japan is committed to creating a new business model where “participation in exhibitions is not the end — but the beginning of global expansion.”
