当社メディアジャパンは、シンガポールのGoodwood Park Hotelにて、山口県の観光・食文化を発信する「やまぐちの魅力情報発信会」を主催・運営しました。
当日は、山口県の村岡知事にご来星いただき、トップセールスとして県の魅力を来場者に直接訴求。
地元メディア、レストラン関係者、物流事業者などを集めた試食会も同時に実施し、食材を通じて県の価値を体感してもらう機会としました。
■実施内容・特徴
●トップセールスによる発信
村岡知事によるスピーチをはじめ、山口県の観光資源・食文化のアピールを、関係者・メディアに向けて直接行いました。
●試食会の開催
来場者に対して、山口県の食材(河豚、のどくろ、あんこう、秋穂の海老、山口茶など)を使用した「洋食とのコラボメニュー」を提供。
Goodwood Park Hotel のシェフと共同で、地域性と洋食スタイルを融合させたメニュー設計を実施しました。

招待したローカルメディアやレストラン経営者、物流会社を交えて、食材流通や販路拡大の可能性について対話を促進。試食を通じて商品の魅力を直接伝える場を提供しました。

Media Japan organized and managed the “Yamaguchi Charm Promotion Event” at Goodwood Park Hotel in Singapore, showcasing the tourism, culinary culture, and premium local products of Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The event was graced by the presence of Governor Tsugumasa Muraoka, who personally led the top-level sales promotion, introducing the prefecture’s rich attractions to guests.
In addition, a tasting session was held for members of the media, restaurant professionals, and logistics companies, providing them with an opportunity to experience the excellence of Yamaguchi’s food ingredients firsthand.

●Promotion through Top-Level Sales
Governor Muraoka delivered a keynote speech introducing Yamaguchi’s tourism assets, culinary culture, and regional specialties.
His direct engagement with key local stakeholders and media reinforced the prefecture’s commitment to expanding its international presence.
●Tasting Session with Culinary Collaboration
Guests were invited to enjoy a Western-style menu crafted with Yamaguchi’s signature ingredients, such as fugu (puffer fish), nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), ankō (monkfish), Aio shrimp, and Yamaguchi tea.
In collaboration with chefs from Goodwood Park Hotel, these ingredients were creatively reinterpreted into modern fusion dishes that reflected both Japanese authenticity and Singaporean dining sensibilities.
●Networking with Local Stakeholders
The event facilitated direct dialogue between local media representatives, restaurant owners, and logistics operators, fostering discussions about distribution potential and market expansion.
Through the tasting experience, participants were able to appreciate the quality, versatility, and appeal of Yamaguchi’s premium food products.
